Cosy single bedroom lane house on Huaihai road

A nice little lane house located on the eastern end of Huaihai road, where the French concession meets with the Xintiandi area. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with brand new interior and furnishings. It's main room contains a very nice sent of comfortable furniture along with an good quality open kitchen that includes a gas cooker and microwave. On top of this the apartment feels very spacious due to its open space in the living room and its higher than average ceilings.
 

Since its near the end of Huahai road, there are plenty of popular shops nearby along with several restaurants. Not to mention that if you head further east in the top of the Xintiandi area where there are plenty of large shopping malls, as well as a lot of the international offices in Shanghai being located in this area.

Since there is a metro line one connection close by it is very easy to travel to other important parts of the city such as People's square and Xujiahui. 
 

It is an ideal place to live for some who is looking to rent a place to live in Shanghai but would rather live in a more privet area as opposed to the packed apartment compound that are common in most large cities in China.
