Large 2 bedroom lane house north of Jing'an

A distinguishably spacious lane house along Kangding road a few minutes north of Jing'an temple. The nearest metro station, Changping Rd is around 15 minutes walk away from the house. But if you will have access to a car it will be very easy to reach most of the city fairly quickly since there several main roads close by.
 

The local area is fairly quiet since there it filled with a large number of smaller privet lane houses as opposed to somewhere that is filled with many packed apartments. There is even a small field next to the building that the upper terrace overlooks. There are several good shops and restaurants nearby though, even quite a few western ones.
