2 bedroom apartment in brand new compound

A spacious two bedroom new apartment in the newly opened Overseas City compound next to the Wusong river by Suzhou road.  The apartment has only been finished recently and so far very few of the units available are lived in yet. When you move in you will be the first person to have actually lived in the apartment.
 

It  will initially be unfurnished but the landlord is willing to make an arrangement to provide furniture suitable to your tastes, in exchange for a slightly higher initial cost. Alternately you are free to provide your own furnishings if you would prefer, meaning that you have more control over what you want in the apartment. 
 

Due to its location close to Qifu metro station on line 8 travelling to the inner city area's such as People's Square and Xintiandi, it is even quite easy to reach the Pudong Financial direct.
