A small but comfortable New apartment in the Top of City compound close to Peoples Square and West Nanjing road.  It includes an incredibly comfortable set of furniture in the living room, allowing you to really spread yourself out in to the space and relax.  There is also a very well decorated study area available for use when you need a suitable environment to focus on work in. 
 

The view given by the balcony covers a gigantic area of the nearby park and overlooks a large portion of the city.

The nearby area has plenty to do, since West Nanjing road and People's Square are so close by. With a lot of things for you to explore including Shop, Mall's and restaurants. Covering a large variety of Products and Cuisines. 
 

Due to there the larger number of metro lines the pass through peoples Square it is incredibly continent to travel to other important places within the city. Including the financial district, Xintiandi and Xujiahui. And since it is in a fairly central location, travel by taxi is often unlikely to take that long.
