Lovely three bedroom apartment with privet garden

The apartment contains a very nice internal decoration alongside a lovely open kitchen, that comes fully equipped with modern appliances. Which include a microwave, gas cooker and oven. It also comes with two separate bathrooms, one containing a shower and the other has a bathtub. It also includes its own privet garden area that allows you to enjoy being able to spend time outdoors but still not have to be bothered by other people. Since the garden is surrounded by many large plants from the main garden area from the compound, obscuring it from the view of others. There is also a Clubhouse area within the grounds that all residents gain access to with its own gym, tennis court and salon area.
 

The location surrounding the compound has many good shops and restaurants for you to chose from, that are aimed at both locals and Shanghais international residents. You can also find lots of good bars if you walk further to the west, which are normally where a large number of the cities foreigners seem to gather late at night.  Travelling to other parts of the city is also fairly straight forward using the local metro line, which leads directly the People's Square if you take line one (or Xujiahui of you go in the other direction) and to the Xintiandi area where many of shanghais international businesses are based if you use line ten. Or if you own a car then you can make use of the elevated road network to reach almost anywhere in the city, within a relatively short amount of time. 
 

It would be an excellent place to live for an expat with a small family with them, looking to rent an apartment in the centre of the inner city area.
