A large four bedroom apartment in the Golden Vienna compound close to Century Avenue in Pudong. It comes fitted with a very attractive set of furniture and decorations that make the apartment an incredibly desirable place to live in. All of the appliances and facilities are brand new and in perfect working condition, since the compound and subsequent apartment have only been opened recently.  On top of all the area is surrounded by an utterly fabulous garden area that covers the entire compound. Most of which can be view from the apartments balcony, including many of the villas within the compound.
 

There are also quite a large number of expat orientated shops in the nearby area just outside the compound including a large Shopping mall and a Carrefour supermarket. Not to mention a large number of very good local restaurants that are worth visiting.
 

The compounds Clubhouse come with its own Swimming pool, gym, and coffee room that you gain access to while you are living here.
 

It would make an excellent place to live for someone with a moderately sized family with them here in Shanghai that works within the Pudong area. It is also a requirement to own a car or have some way to bed driven around the city since there are no metro stations close by. It's within the Pudong international School area, where most of the ones in Pudong are located. (Yew chung, Concordia and Dulwich)
 
The surroundings are more developed than other part of the city and far better suited to international residents. It's a good residential area for expats who are interested in renting a house in Shanghai.
