Comfortable single bedroom apartment near Xintiandi

A lovely renovated older apartment in the Zixun courtyard building close to south Huangpi road station on line one. The interior is nicely refurbished making it  very pleasant place to live in and it includes an open kitchen attached to the living room. It also includes a very large bedroom with a massive double mattress. 
 

The local area contains many good shops and restaurants for you to explore, along with plenty of large shopping malls. There are also a fair few western orientated shops around since there is such a large concentration of expats working and living in the area.
 

It is fairly easy to reach many of the important office areas in Shanghai since there is a line one connection so close by. Which can take you to peoples square (and subsequently the financial district) as well as being able to go down to the Xujiahui area. You can even walk to Xintiandi from the apartment since its literally only a few minutes north of the area.
 

It would make a good place to live for someone looking to rent an apartment in Shanghai on their own or for as a younger/older couple without any children with them.
