The Xintiandi business park is also within walking distance of the apartment, so it's very conveniently located if you work there. 
 

It would make a good place to live for someone who works near the Xintiandi business park area or People's Square since they are both so easily accessible. It's a suitable place for both a small family or a group of three people looking to share an apartment.
