A very finely designed three bedroom apartment on FuXing Zhong road near the Xintiandi area, on the edge of the French concession. 
 

It contains quite a large amount of floor space for a property of this type and since it was recently renovated, everything comes in an excellent condition. 
 

The nearby area contains lots of interesting shops and restaurants since its very close to Huaihai road. There is also a very popular tourist street filled with tones of unique little shops all packed together near Dapuqiao metro. 

From the apartment it is fairly easy to walk to the Xintiandi area on a daily basis but that is also where the nearest metro station is (with South Shaanxi road roughly the same distance in the other direction. If you have a car then travelling around the city from the apartment is actually incredibly easy since Yan'an elevated highway runs very close by, making travel to Pudong and the outer parts of the city relatively quick. 
 

It would make a very good place to live for some who wants to stay close to the inner city area, but doesn't feel at home in the rather pompous expat orientated newer compounds nearby.
